    Partial payment plans accepted only via mail-in application. Please mail in your application form if you would prefer to make 8 payments for membership.

    Yes, I want to join the Crow River Food Co-op, LLC by making a payment of $200 to become a member-owner. I understand this is a one time membership purchase. I hereby apply for membership of the Crow River Food Co-op. I understand that membership is subject to terms and conditions set forth in the Crow River Food Co-op Bylaws Article II: Membership found at www.CrowRiverFoodCoop.com.
