We have a newsletter “The Radish” that is sent out monthly to our members/supporters via email. The newsletters will be linked to this page soon as we are trying to keep everyone up to date one what is going on and to provide nutritional information to the community.
If you have some healthy receipes to share please email them to me at naneve7@aol.com and I will share them on the website.
We are also looking for a good place to hold our first educational cooking class.
Look for a few of us at the Bridge Street Cafe on Saturday, October 20th, 27th and November 3rd from 10 – 11 a.m. Join us for some coffee and breakfast. We will try to answer any questions you may have about the food co-op. Located in downtown Rockford 8230 Bridge Street they serve a great home cooked breakfast and the blueberry pancakes are fabulous!
Today we are up to 62 paid members!
